RETURN POLICY

14 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Your interior space should be the way you love it. This is why we offer a 14 day no questions asked return policy. If you decide that you are not satisfied with your Wall Art purchase please let us.

Below, you will find the information you need to complete a successful return of your Abundance Creative Wall Art.

THE RETURN PROCESS

To start your return process, get in touch with Stephanie Halber our Awesome Customer Service Manager. She will set you up with everything you need for the return.

Your returned wall art will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our studio. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund.

Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.


SHIPPING FEES 

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you decide to return your Wall Art, we will refund the purchase price less the return shipping fee. If you would like to choose a replacement piece from our Windows into Nature wall art collection, we will waive your return shipping fee.


RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid any shipping damage to our Wall Art. We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging. So it is a good idea to keep original packaging for 14 days until you are sure your new Wall Art is the perfect solution for your space.


AS NEW CONDITIONS

We are only able to accept returned Wall Art in as-new condition. Products with scratches or damages cannot be returned.


CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.


PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS

All our promotional sale items are covered by our return policy.


WARRANTY

If for any reason your wall art arrives in less than perfect conditions, please email photos as soon as you receive your package to info@abundancecreative.com

Our manufacturer offers one years warranty from the date of delivery. Please note that warranties are not transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose. Defects resulting from negligence or accidents will not be covered by the Abundance Creative warranty.
